BAY CAST, INC., uncommon to many foundries today, has been profitable from its inception, is without long-term debt burden and maintains a high current ratio.

The facility and equipment, having undergone extensivemodernization in 1985 and 1986, was brought up to current environmental code by the former owners and was acquired in April of 1987 by S.L. Holman, who also founded BAY CAST TECHNOLOGIES, designers and manufacturers of Test Support and Alignment Equipment.
